You want to start working out you just cannot seem to get motivated. Part of the reason for not being motivated is lack of energy. The energy level will increase with exercise; remind yourself you will get increased energy with time. One reason for lack of motivation is you think exercise has to be strenuous. That is not the case at all. Exercise does not have to be hard or strenuous. It can be made fun by doing simple things that are good for you. That is the great part about exercise, you have the options of so many different ways to exercise, and custom create your own regiment. Another reason you might not be motivated has to deal with the concept there is not enough time to exercise. This can be overcome with creating a schedule for the other things in your life and making time for exercising.

Make fitness a top priority
Make the appointment become as important as going to work or going to the doctor. You keep those appointments and you will eventually place importance on the fitness routine as well. Once you make an appointment to exercise you will keep it since it is now a top priority, just like all of the other appointments in your life. Appointments you would not miss for any reason. Making fitness and exercise a priority and creating an appointment with yourself will make the routine so much easier. It only requires time, dedication, and determination. Yet you can do it since you want it as bad as you want other things in your life.

Motivate yourself
Remind yourself the importance of the fitness and exercise. Remind yourself of why you want to have fitness in your life. Establish a valid reason with yourself and you will make a point to add time for the routine you so badly want to do. As with everything else in your life, you need to set the importance level for exercising or the fitness routine. Set the level high so it becomes a top priority. This will help you want to do it even more. Whenever you get tiered or bored about exercise get your self motivated stay focused on doing your daily routines.
