There are various reasons for people to skip their breakfast, even if they have their breakfast they eat very little unhealthy junk food. A recent study has found out that people who had egg as breakfast have had little appetite throughout the day and they are leaner. People who go for morning run can have wheat flakes before that, as it provides extra energy to cover more miles. People who have regular breakfast tend to live longer as eating cereals can keep your weight down by stopping the fat to get into our blood. It is also said that a cup of coffee before workout can help us exercise longer. Hence eating well in morning protects us from various diseases.
